We grow a wide variety of peppers, both sweet and hot. Our favorite sweet pepper is Giant Marconi, an elongated bell, or Italian roasting, type. We do grow the standard bell as well as other sweet types, but we find the Italian type suits all uses and produces the most reliably at our location.
As for hots ~ we got ‘em. From the searing Caribbean Red to the flash heat of a good Jalapeno and everything in between. Fresh Serranos, Molés and Anchos and dried Cayennes, Chilies, Thais, and Kung Paos. Available both as plants in the spring, and fruits in the summer/fall.
